Returns are sometimes necessary, whether due to a malfunction, damage, or a change of mind. Our return policy provides you with a 30-day window to resolve any issues.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you haven't paid for your order, you can cancel it directly through your account. If you've already paid, please contact our customer service team to process the cancellation. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Additionally, if we’ve started processing a custom-made item, cancellation or changes are not possible.

How to Cancel Before Payment:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders."
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click "Delete this order" and confirm your choice.

How to Cancel After Payment:

  • If your order has not been dispatched, we’ll refund your payment, excluding any custom-made items.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You decide the item isn’t suitable within the 2-day testing period.

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund:

To maintain transparency, please note that refunds will not be granted for:

  • Items that have been misused or mishandled.
  • Items showing signs of wear beyond normal testing.
  • Returns are requested after the 2-day testing period.

Refund Breakdown:

  • Change of Mind or No Longer Needed:

    • Refund for the product cost only.
    • Shipping and VAT charges are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items:

    • Full refund including product cost and associated shipping/VAT charges.
    • No restocking fee applies.
    • Depreciation costs will be charged for misused or damaged items and special requests.
