2. Payment Terms: Payments will be processed and transferred to your designated account as per our payment schedule, subject to the deduction of applicable fees.

1. Illegal Products: You are not allowed to sell illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized products on our platform.
2. False Information: Providing false or misleading information about your products is strictly prohibited.
3. Direct Marketing: Sellers are not allowed to directly market to buyers outside of the Victoria Sale platform.

4. Account Management

1. Account Information: Keep your account information up-to-date and secure. Do not share your login details with anyone else.
2. Suspension and Termination: Victoria Sale reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in any fraudulent activities.

5. Disputes and Complaints

1. Handling Disputes: In the event of a dispute between you and a buyer, you agree to work towards a resolution. If necessary, Victoria Sale may mediate disputes, but we are not responsible for resolving them.
2. Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with buyers or the platform, please report them to our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Platform Use: Victoria Sale provides a platform for sellers and buyers to connect. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the platform.
2. Product Liability: As a seller, you are responsible for the products you list and sell on the platform.

Victoria Sale may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
