Shipping and Delivery Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday). Orders made on bank holidays will be shipped on the next available business day (Monday or Tuesday). During the Christmas and New Year holidays, delivery times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item, it must be done within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods for a refund. Your order will include a returns sheet; please complete it before returning any items.

Delivery Issues

We inspect, package, and seal all products before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct order. If you encounter any issues such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please call us at +44 1438 94 1106.

Delivery to Different Addresses

Yes, you can have your order shipped to a different address from your billing address. Ensure you provide all required details during checkout. If additional information is needed, our customer care team will contact you via email. Remember, your billing address must match the address where your card is registered to avoid payment issues.

On the Day of Delivery

All deliveries require a signature. You will receive an email with tracking information and an expected delivery date. If you’re not available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will return it to a nearby depot. You will have 14 days to collect it from a Royal Mail location with a photo ID.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification. On the day of delivery, the courier will send an SMS with a one-hour delivery window. Please provide a mobile number at checkout to receive this update.

Shipping Schedules

We use Royal Mail Tracking 24 for shipping, with an expected delivery timeframe of 24 hours depending on your postcode. Royal Mail delivery hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Extended Delivery Times

If we experience delays in restocking items, you will be notified via email. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Options

Shipping is included in the price of all orders. If you choose next-day delivery, please refer to the following options:

  1. Economy (Free): 4-5 working days
  2. Express Shipping (£4.99): 3-4 working days
  3. Express Signed For (£5.99): 2-3 working days
  4. Special Delivery: £7.99

Unavailable Items

If an item is out of stock, delivery will be delayed until the item is available again. For more information, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Weekend Deliveries

We deliver on weekends. Orders placed before 9 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

Order Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a text or email confirming the delivery date and tracking details once your order has been picked up. On the delivery day, you will get a text or email with a one-hour delivery window, typically between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Missed Delivery

If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a business card with contact details and attempt a second delivery the following day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled. Please contact us if you experience issues with a second delivery attempt.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands may take longer, and delivery times to Northern Ireland may vary.
